**Job Responsibilities:**
- **Accounts Payable Specialist:**
- Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed
- Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies and issues promptly
- **Office Manager:**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Handle general administrative tasks such as correspondence and filing
**Qualifications:**
- 2+ years experience in both Accounts Payable and Office Management roles
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and an ability to respond to the needs and requests of coworkers and clients
