Ascendo Resources is looking to expand our Downtown Chicago Office. The opportunity is ideally suited for a strong salesperson who is self motivated, wants to have a high return on their production, and is looking to make a career. Professional services focused division will assist in finding talent for - Accounting, Finance, HR, Operations, Admin, Clerical, Customer service and many other roles. The ability to both recruit and find clients gives employees greater control over income potential.


Job Responsibilities

  • New Business development to build relationships to generate revenue
  • Full desk model opportunity - including recruiting talent and new business development to foster relationships with hiring managers
  • Maintain client relationships to generate better outcomes for clients and candidates in order to place candidates on Permanent, Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, and Contract/Project opportunities.


Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and work in a fast-paced environment while working with a sense of urgency
  • 4+ years of related experience preferred
  • BS or BA highly preferred but not required
  • Previous Staffing industry experience is highly preferred
