Graphics Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate multiple graphics projects concurrently, demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and effective communication.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and timelines, employing analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Clearly define and communicate project objectives to the graphics team.
  • Provide creative solutions aligned with brand standards to clients.
  • Develop detailed project plans, tracking budgets and costs.
  • Oversee quality control and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support Project/Program Director as needed.
  • Maintain communication with team members to manage upcoming and ongoing projects efficiently.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills while handling multiple projects.
  • Utilize account management experience to effectively manage projects from start to finish, meeting budget and timeline requirements.
  • Present effectively to management at all levels, both written and verbally.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions through creative thinking.
  • Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional daily client experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of successful project/program management experience focusing on cost, quality, and client service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, business, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and work well within teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to use a tape measure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a graphics or creative environment.
  • Event and/or marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
