We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager for oversight and operation of a growing portfolio of properties located throughout North Carolina. The Senior Real Estate Manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, budgeting and reporting. The position requires professional integrity, attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks accurately, on time and within budget. The position may be based out of AW’s regional office in Greensboro OR on property in Charlotte and will require frequent travel throughout the portfolio.


Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of commercial property or medical office management experience, including construction management. Must be organized and possess strong writing and verbal skills and a courteous and customer service-oriented manner. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, Yardi and/or MRI and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
