Senior Human Resources Manager

A leading chemical manufacturer with multiple locations in the Greater Evansville, IN area is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership across three sites. This is a unique opportunity to join an organization that has experienced substantial acquisitive growth, contributing to a collaborative and impactful HR team.
In this role, you will partner closely with the CHRO and Operations leadership, aligning business objectives with HR strategies, sharing best practices, and driving key initiatives across all sites. We seek a candidate who is tactical, hands-on, and brings a strategic mindset with a strong drive for career growth.

Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership. Proven experience leading HR initiatives in manufacturing setting, with a successful track record of delivering impactful, results-aligned outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience; HR certification is preferred.
