What You'll Do:


  • Spearhead the development of advanced satellites, guiding projects from initial concept to on-orbit operations, ensuring technical and schedule milestones are met.
  • Drive systems engineering efforts, producing critical development artifacts and comprehensive analyses to support innovative designs.
  • Lead verification planning and execution, including detailed test definitions and processing.
  • Conduct thrilling radar calibration campaigns, using power measurements, corner reflectors, spherical point targets, and known surfaces for data analysis.
  • Model and characterize complex RF subsystems, digital subsystems, antennas, and integrated radars.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers to create instruments that meet ambitious radar objectives.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring top-tier performance and alignment with project goals.


What You Bring:


  • Proven experience with remote sensing (RADAR) – this is your arena
  • In-depth understanding of RF payloads, with a bonus for KA-band experience.
  • Expertise in navigating both software and hardware aspects of radar development.
