Director of Quality, Compliance, and Education

The Director of Quality, Compliance, and Education for Albright LIFE is responsible for overseeing quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance programs, and educational activities for the Albright LIFE program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality care, adherence to regulatory standards, and ongoing professional development of staff.


Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). MSN/BSN a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for PACE programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
