Duration: 2 Month Contract with the opportunity to convert permanent for top-performers.

Pay Rate: $18/hr. - $20/hr. on W2 (Full Benefits: health, dental, vision, & 401k eligibility)


Must Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and client management.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mt. Laurel, NJ, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.


Pluses:

  • Medicare / Medicaid experience
  • Healthcare experience - Prior Authorization, Benefits Verification or similar


Key Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking dedicated and compassionate Benefits Specialists for a two-month contract assignment that sits onsite in Mt. Laurel, NJ five days per week. In this role, you will provide exceptional, white-glove service to senior citizens, assisting them with purchasing and signing up for Medicare insurance. Your primary focus will be on achieving first call resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. This position operates in a high call volume environment, requiring efficiency and excellent time management skills. This is a two-month contract opportunity that will have the opportunity to convert permanent for top-performers.





Compensation:

$18/hr. to $20/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
