Job Title: Accounting Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary Accounting Specialist to join our team in Cherry Hill, NJ. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments, and performing various duties related to payables.

Responsibilities:
  • Process internal invoices, including purchase invoices, partner invoices, and miscellaneous invoices.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and provide payment updates.
  • Assist with audits, including customer statement of work and invoice audits.
  • Ensure vendors receive payments within terms after completing internal confirmations.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure proper approvals for invoice payment processing.
  • Maintain miscellaneous GL cost spreadsheets.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree with previous job-related experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office tools.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to learn fast and absorb.
  • Collaboration and prioritization skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
