Responsibilities:- Process internal invoices, including purchase invoices, partner invoices, and miscellaneous invoices.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide payment updates.
- Assist with audits, including customer statement of work and invoice audits.
- Ensure vendors receive payments within terms after completing internal confirmations.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure proper approvals for invoice payment processing.
- Maintain miscellaneous GL cost spreadsheets.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Associate's degree with previous job-related experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office tools.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to learn fast and absorb.
- Collaboration and prioritization skills.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
