Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving chemical manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, yield, and quality.

• Design and implement process improvements and modifications to enhance production capacity and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to develop new processes and products.

• Conduct experiments and pilot tests to validate process changes and new technologies.

• Monitor process performance using statistical process control and data analysis tools; prepare and present findings to management.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and technologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within the chemical manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, process design, and optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards in the chemical industry
