Responsibilities:

  • Will be flexible to work onsite and support a 150 employee distribution center
  • Serve as an HR business partner on workforce planning, succession planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits administration, recognition programs, compliance and training.
  • Management of HR analytics, safety and engagement


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or distribution
