Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and visionary School Principal to lead our school in achieving educational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective leadership, a passion for student success, and the ability to foster a positive school culture. Our face-to-face instruction takes place 3:30 pm- 8:00 pm, Monday- Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional leadership to promote the academic, social, and emotional success of all students.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school in collaboration with staff, students, parents, and the community.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and resource management.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate.
- Evaluate and support the professional development of staff.
- Engage with the school community to build strong partnerships and ensure open communication.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Valid state principal certification.
- Minimum of three years of experience in school administration, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Minimum of two years of experience as principal.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of educators.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
