Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer to lead our RF Antenna Team in Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead antenna or radome hardware and requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams, including thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems engineers
  • Work with antenna manufacturing suppliers to ensure high-quality products
  • Analyze simulation or test data to verify performance to requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a STEM field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience for Bachelor's degree or 8 years for an Advanced Degree
  • Experience in antenna element design and fabrication, simulation and modeling, and measurements in near or far field systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Science (MS) or PhD in electrical engineering
  • Experience in managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers
  • Strong experience designing and delivering conformal antenna designs
  • Proficiency with Python, MATAB, and/or other high-level scientific programming languages
  • Proficiency with modeling & simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, and GRASP
