As the Recruiting Coordinator, your sharpened skills will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. We're on the lookout for an individual with a proven track record of high organization, responsiveness, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Your responsibilities will span managing interviewer rosters, coordinating with potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and collecting valuable feedback.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Engage with candidates, managers, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication throughout the coordination process
  • Review resumes and sent them to the appropriate hiring managers
  • Maintain an organized system to track candidates progress throughout the hiring process
  • Adhere to established practices and procedures with a process-oriented mindset


Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with local teams and global clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new procedures and changes
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and task-tracking skills
