Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Services Sales Leader to lead our Technology Consulting / IT Staffing division. This role involves driving IT Services sales, fostering team performance, and spearheading growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of IT Services practice growth, identifying and pursuing contract staffing and IT consulting services opportunities.
  • Implement effective go to market strategies to sell IT consulting and staff augmentation services in various technologies including and not limited to Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, Data, Analytics, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain individual sales targets and help with onboarding new logos/accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within various industries.
  • Ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience working for an IT consulting or Technology Staffing firm
  • 5+ years of individual sales / business development experience with 2+ years of sales management experience working for IT Services or Tech Staffing firm
  • 5+ years of experience selling and delivering IT Consulting or Staff Augmentation services within Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Analytics, SAP, Salesforce or ServiceNow areas.
  • Proven track record in identifying and onboarding new clients and building strong customer relationships
  • Exceptional leadership and sales management skills.
  • Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel.
