We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of ITIL processes using Manage Engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, process improvement, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record in driving ITIL initiatives to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage process implementation projects using Manage Engines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of new processes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate training and support for team members on new processes and Manage Engines tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on ITIL process implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Manage Engines (or similar product) for IT service management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in the IT service management industry.
- Familiarity with other IT service management tools and methodologies.
