Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, time, and materials, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Lead project team meetings, providing guidance and direction to team members.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical), business administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Projector similar software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in implementing Project Management Methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and other relevant frameworks, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Experience within the heavy machinery moving industry, rigging, industrial solutions.
  • Commercial or Industrial Construction experience
  • PMP certification
