Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for an Acquisition Specialist to support a DoD client in Huntsville, AL. The Acquisition Analyst will advise the Government Lead and Product Offices on contract requirements and other Business related issues; provide guidance on regulatory requirements governed by the FAR/DFAR; analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure; and participate in program management reviews, and compliance activities across a broad spectrum of services and contract types.
Requirements:
- Clearance Required: Secret (Interim Secret can suffice)
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of acquisition experience in government contracting within a Project Office
- Experience with CRPs (Contracts Requirements Packages)
- Knowledge and experience of DoD acquisition and contracts execution policies
- Work effectively with others and manage multiple projects simultaneously
