Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise government clients on the development and optimization of acquisition strategies for prototypes, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and report on the status of cost, performance, and scheduling for Integrated Fires Protection Capability - High Energy Laser and High-Powered Microwave initiatives.
  • Utilize the commander's intent to communicate effectively with external stakeholders regarding program execution matters.
  • Participate in organizational meetings, capturing and tracking action items, and facilitating the resolution process while providing well-informed responses to inquiries.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks, prioritizing events based on established activities and guidance, ensuring synchronization and integration of RCCTO initiatives.
  • Manage the operations calendar, offering solutions to conflicts and coordinating with senior operations specialists on complex issues.
  • Draft, review, and consolidate documentation such as correspondence, briefings, and responses to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to format and grammar standards.
  • Support program updates and the creation of executive-level briefings, detailing accomplishments, impacts, risks, and challenges; coordinate documents and secure necessary approvals.
  • Engage with senior leadership within the RCCTO and collaborate with Army and other Service Partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active federal SECRET security clearance.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • DAU Project Manager (PM) Level II or equivalent.
  • Experience in developing information papers and decision briefings.
  • Experience in managing mission demands for executive-level Army or DoD personnel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • DAU PM Level III or Advanced certification.
  • Prior experience as a Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC).
  • Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Assistant Project Manager (APM).
  • Familiarity with DOD 5000 and JCIDS processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with the Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA).
Work Type: On-Site
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
