  • Collaborates with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

  • Validates and manages project requirements.


Experience and Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in business or system analysis.
  • Business Analysis certification.
  • Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to ensure efficient service delivery and improvements in alignment
