Overview:

 This role involves collaborating with Wholesale operations teams to develop a comprehensive mailbox management system impacting over 1000 mailboxes. This initiative aims to enhance the team's ability to summarize cases, collect data, and leverage AI for sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create PowerPoint presentations to support the execution, development, and deployment of the case management tool. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for technology products. Collect data, updates, and critical insights from team members to identify new technological advancements within wholesale operations. Work closely with leadership to ensure clear messaging in presentations regarding progress.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 4 years in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, including the ability to create decks and templates for senior leadership. Experience with UAT testing. Strong communication and project support abilities.

Preferred Experience:

Background in wealth management. Excellent communication skills in a project environment. Professional demeanor. Proven ability to foster relationships.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
