Position Overview:

As an Account Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing and growing client relationships while overseeing a team of five dedicated professionals. You’ll be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of client campaigns, ensuring successful execution, and driving overall client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in account management within an ad agency environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the tourism/travel, healthcare, and other sectors, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering strategic insights, innovative solutions, and exceptional service.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage a team of five account managers/executives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging creativity and a results-driven mindset.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and development.

Strategic Planning:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute campaigns that align with client goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to proactively identify new opportunities for clients.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the course of a project, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on the client.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance, including detailed reports and actionable insights.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management within an advertising or marketing agency, with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Proven experience managing a team, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Deep understanding of the tourism/travel and healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of media planning and buying.
