Role: Product Analysis Engineer (Medical Device)

Location: Burlington, MA

Duration: 6 Months on W2

Shift Timings: 8 am to 5 pm

Work Type: 100% Onsite


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct failure analysis of biomedical implant devices.
  • Perform circuit analysis and electrical engineering tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineers and Bio Lab on investigations.
  • Prepare technical reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Adhere to lab safety protocols, including PPE.


Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, including circuit analysis and component-level failure analysis.
  • Biomedical engineering with a focus on electrical systems is considered.
  • Proficiency in technical writing for reports.


Preferred Background:

  • Degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Experience in medical devices, post-market support, or failure analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Entry-level position with up to 2 years of experience through internships or co-op roles.

Interview Process:

  • Phone screening followed by in-person or video interviews for non-local candidates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Circuit analysis, schematics, soldering, and familiarity with failure analysis and technical writing.
