Job description
**MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL (SPANISH) TO BE CONSIDERED.**
Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment processes
- Research and implement innovative recruitment techniques to improve the quality of hires
- Collaborate with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, etc. to manage employee data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, etc.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
