Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for executing the Supply Chain Recruitment Strategy. This includes seamlessly executing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with key partners such as Human Resources, Operations Leaders, and Home Office business partners to ensure all recruitment goals are met to support the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and interview for hourly warehouse, supervisory, and leadership roles both internally and externally.
  • Manage the requisition process including job opportunity postings, candidate review, and disposition of candidates in the ATS as well as other relevant websites or recruiting tools.
  • Contribute to the planning, marketing, and executing of hiring events.
  • Promote an authentic candidate connection through engaging phone screens, scheduled interviews, and offer process.
  • Assist candidates in the application process, addressing candidate questions, and resolving technical issues with a sense of urgency.
  • Support new hires through the onboarding and paperwork process to ensure a seamless employee experience leading up to orientation.
  • Participate in on-site employee orientations during peak hiring seasons or as needed.
  • Build and identify networks through industry groups and contacts, local associations, community programs, and current employees to identify qualified candidates and expand the talent pipeline.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school degree or GED is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • 3+ years related recruitment experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience utilizing Indeed, LinkedIn, personal networking, College Career Sites, and various search engines
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
  • On-site required, travel to assist with Hiring Events as needed
