Job Summary:


As a Consumer Brand Support Representative at Winston Products, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your day-to-day activities will involve prioritizing orders, responding to customer inquiries, processing transactions, and collaborating with various departments to guarantee a seamless customer experience. Your agility, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude will be key to keeping our valued customers happy and retaining their loyalty.


This position is located onsite in Solon, OH.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to phone calls, emails, social media channels and other customer facing platforms with a sense of urgency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff on processing consumer orders, returns, and replacement products.
  • Complete special projects as assigned, contributing to the team's success.
  • Prioritize daily orders, projects, to maintain efficient operations.
  • Proactively anticipate and address potential customer issues to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Create and document processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and engage with social media channels for comments and inquiries.


Preferred Qualifications:


Education: An Associate or Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in customer service, business, marketing, or logistics

  • Proactive and driven to lead and develop oneself and team members.
  • Strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and relationship building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office, CRM, SAP B1).
  • Ability to understand technical information and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, BazaarVoice, HubSpot and Amazon VC/SC a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
