Full Time: Monday through Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

With a mission to improve patient care, we deliver information and education to healthcare professionals through 400+ global, regional, and local events and reach over 4 million users monthly through digital networks and social channels.


We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will work with internal departments (Marketing, Education, Editorial, E-media, Art/Production) in coordinating and facilitating timely completion of print and digital projects. You will manage timelines and components of projects ranging from webinars, print supplements, on-demand educational websites and promotion for regional and national meetings. This role reports to the VP of Project Management and will also focus on managing projects for corporate initiatives as well.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and clients for the execution and timely delivery of projects by managing timelines and expectations.
  • Foster communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Clearly communicate and lead project expectations to teams through project initiation meetings.
  • Schedule on-demand recordings, live webinars, print pieces for publication.
  • Manage the development, approval, and execution of promotional pieces, such as print and digital ads for various projects.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where calmly reacting to shifting priorities and urgent issues is required.
  • Maintain, monitor and track project process and schedules through online project software.



Desired Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 5 years of full-time project management experience.
  • PMP certification (preferred).
  • Capable of working in both an independent and team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of document management, and other administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in standard computer software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe share.
  • Project management software experience (Hive preferred).
  • Prior experience working with Onehub (preferred).
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Verifiable and consistent work history.
  • Valid driver’s license.
