Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Director, Strategy and Commercialization for an urban air mobility company developing eVTOL aircraft based in California. This individual plays a critical role in the driving of the organization's strategic direction and commercial success. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, and commercialization efforts. This incumbent will work closely with executive management to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance market position, and maximize profitability. This position is required to work 5 days a week. Additional responsibilities include:

- Lead the development of the organization's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitor assessment, and industry research to identify growth opportunities and potential risks

- Lead investors communications on the progress of strategy and commercialization, particularly for C-level executives and key stakeholders across various HMG affiliates and divisions

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business venture

- Oversee the Sales department to develop compelling value propositions messaging, and promotional campaigns and create a sales order book from key operators and potential customers

- Collaborate with the Partnerships & Policy and Product Strategy departments to drive commercialization efforts and to establish strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and sales opportunities

- Develop the foundational plan of manufacturing strategy that builds towards scale production with high quality to meet our global sales demand and cost targets. Manufacturing strategy should align with our strategy to utilize HMG's extensive capability to mass production

- Develop talent within the team, finding o pportunities for skills development and career advancement

- Act as a leader with vision within the organization, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy and commercialization
