We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, performing product demonstrations, and managing client accounts post-closure. This is a sales-heavy position to start, with significant opportunities for growth as our team expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Outreach:
- Perform online and in-person product demos.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients.
- Manage outreach through Google Meets and Zoom calls.
- Represent Stashlete at trade shows and industry events.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Travel:
- Travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, and other events.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, including inbound and outbound sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in nonprofits or fundraising a plus
- Knowledge of technology and applications is an extra plus
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. (HubSpot experience is preferred)
- Attributes:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel and manage a diverse range of tasks.
