With a 98.7% retention rate and a robust marketing strategy, we are on a mission to revolutionize the fundraising industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, performing product demonstrations, and managing client accounts post-closure. This is a sales-heavy position to start, with significant opportunities for growth as our team expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Outreach:
  • Perform online and in-person product demos.
  • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to potential clients.
  • Manage outreach through Google Meets and Zoom calls.
  • Represent Stashlete at trade shows and industry events.
  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Travel:
  • Travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, and other events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, including inbound and outbound sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in nonprofits or fundraising a plus
  • Knowledge of technology and applications is an extra plus
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. (HubSpot experience is preferred)
  • Attributes:
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel and manage a diverse range of tasks.
