Job Summary

Veeam Software is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to support the Americas Sales organization. This role will be responsible for high-impact operational execution, process innovation, analytical skills, and strong stakeholder partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, sales operations, and technology. They will be able to drive strategic initiatives, standardize reports and dashboards, and lead performance analysis to identify areas of concern and best practices for pipeline metrics.

The Sales Operations Manager will partner with management of Americas Sales programs, align and drive strategic initiatives, and guide standardization of reports and dashboards across all teams. They will also facilitate and advise annual planning activities to align AMER Sales for optimal execution each calendar year.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced skills in MS Office 365 and Salesforce.com, and expertise using and implementing BI applications (Tableau).
