Salesforce, Marketing Operations Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Sales and Marketing Operations Administrator using Salesforce to join our client's team. Our ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing and improving the sales and marketing technology platforms, using Salesforce, by gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, creating performance-tracking dashboards, and managing the Salesforce optimization and integration roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Conduct all Salesforce configuration changes and create a platform roadmap by defining priorities through liaising with stakeholders.
  • Draft, gather, and review all technical documentation and ensure user compliance with data entry standards.
  • Identify unused platform features and manage application integration and third-party suppliers.
  • Manage user support tickets, monitor and improve user adoption, and perform proactive system maintenance.

Marketing Operations Support:

  • Optimize the marketing technology stack to improve workflow, leverage automation, and analyze data.
  • Ensure seamless data syncing between HubSpot and Salesforce for accurate attribution, lead management, and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize and maintain an automated sales outreach process initiated in HubSpot and shared with Salesforce.
  • Manage HubSpot user flows and setup, including list creation and segmentation, to improve engagement and maintain data hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in change management and governance, implementing Salesforce configuration changes, and training end users and stakeholders.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 5+ years of hands-on administration experience.
  • Ability to integrate other software platforms with Salesforce (e.g., HubSpot).
