Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of the company's operations, with a focus on managing Salesforce, deal desk activities, and serving as a financial business partner between Sales, Engineering and the Security Operations Team
Responsibilities
Ownership of Salesforce and Sales Tools
Deal Desk Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
BDR KPI Development and Support
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to track their performance and effectiveness.
Reporting and Analysis
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Business administration.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and commercial operations management.
- Experience in Salesforce (or similar tool) administration, including dashboard creation, data management, and system integration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
