Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist at USA SM in Darien, CT. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing e-commerce data, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing communication strategies to drive sales.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and E-Commerce expertise
  • Vendor Management Skill and Order Tracking
  • Experience with Inventory, Product SKU management
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong Problem Solving Skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities,
  • Must be organized and self efficient
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce)
  • Experience with online marketing campaign is a plus (not a must)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
