Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that promote optimal resident outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Coordinate resident care plans, working closely with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in Long Term Care.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, long term healthcare regulations, and quality improvement principles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
