Job Overview

Carespring Health Care Management is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in Loveland, OH.

This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in nursing and experience in a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure delivery of excellent care and customer service.
  • Analyze trends and implement solutions for quality assurance initiatives.
  • Oversee staffing levels, work schedules, and assignments for staff.
  • Perform personnel management duties, including recruiting, training, and development of staff.
  • Participate in fiscal operations, establishing quality goals, and developing a comprehensive plan of care.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English.
  • Familiar with federal and state laws governing long-term care.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Strong physical assessment skills.
