Senior Director of US Partner Relationships

Role Overview:

  • Strategically lead and oversee major partnerships, focusing on content creation, client management, marketing, and brand promotion.
  • Utilize deep content knowledge and partnership experience to influence and maintain relationships with publishing partners, making impactful business decisions and finding creative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of key providers' content releases, driving sales and engagement through creative marketing and strong collaboration.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on high-touch partnerships, identifying growth opportunities for all parties.
  • Attend quarterly business reviews to ensure partnership goals and growth targets are met.
  • Collaborate with Publisher Partnerships team to align on goals, find efficiencies, and resolve issues.
  • Manage a team and oversee special projects to facilitate smooth operation.
  • Lead content partnerships and serve as Program Director for various programs, managing budgets and operations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure success of programs and content.
  • Recruit storytellers for premium podcast content in line with content strategy.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 10+ years of related experience in entertainment, media, or publishing.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in client management.
  • Detail-oriented and a strong decision maker.
  • Comfortable with high-volume throughput.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, high-intensity, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Highly collaborative with teams and individuals across the institution.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience from networks, studios, publishers, or tech giants/startups.
  • Talent management experience.
  • Both data-driven and creative skills.
  • Marketing or PR experience.
  • Passion for audio entertainment.
