Additional Responsibilities:

  • Establishes cooperative relationships with subcontractors, consultants, advisors, and owner representatives to determine budgets and clarify project requirements and resources needed to properly fulfill job functions.
  • Participates in handoff meetings between Business Development and Preconstruction to transfer all relevant information to the estimating team and ensures a clear understanding of project requirements and budget.

  • Coaches and mentors Junior Estimators to increase the skillsets and competencies required to estimate and manage workload effectively.
