Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive at Thompson Safety™ located in Charlotte, NC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and selling our safety products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and meet client needs. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and educate clients on safety regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, prospecting, or business development
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in the safety industry is a plus
