CDW has an excellent opportunity in Information Technology in Technical Support. This role is located in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will provide End User Support along with building / provisioning of new user set ups and devices. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate seeking to further their career in technology or someone with 2-3 years of experience.
Required expertise includes:
- 2 years of End User Computing / Help Desk Support experience
- Experience supporting Windows OS and mobile devices
- Experience supporting O365 or other desktop computing applications
- Experience supporting hardware and peripherals needed (printers, keyboard, mouse)
