Responsibilities and Duties:  

  • Develop a tailored outreach strategy for each lead, focusing on value proposition, developing an initial understanding of their benefits enrollment and payment needs, and building rapport.
  • Move leads from marketing-qualified to sales-qualified stages by assessing their interest in discussing their needs versus our solution capabilities.
  • Reach out to a minimum of 25 new people per day, using tailored communication strategies to engage each prospect effectively.
  • Conduct detailed research for prospects in the HubSpot CRM system to ask the appropriate questions regarding: (1) Identifying the individual(s) who oversee the benefits billing and payment management. (2) What is their current process for benefits billing and payment? (3) Identify current level of employee satisfaction with access to their benefits and service delivery. Are benefits easily accessible to the employee population, or filled with obstacles?
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of AdminaHealth's solutions, document their current situation, including specific needs and wants they may have, and provide a high-level overview of AdminaHealth’s capabilities. The goal is to open the door to how the capabilities might address the lead's specific needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between qualified leads and our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition to launch the sales process.
  • Provide regular feedback to both sales and marketing teams on lead quality and engagement strategies to continuously improve our approach to business development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, communications, and opportunities in the HubSpot CRM.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the lead qualification process. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and qualification processes based on insights gathered from outreach activities.
  • Participate in and report-out on the detailed 8:30 AM Sales and Marketing Standup meeting – leading the discussion on qualification status and process. 
  • Developing a fundamental understanding of the benefits industry administration practices and our product capabilities and services in a short period of time will be required.


Desired Skills 

  • Being a self-starter. Daily activities will require the ability to select and schedule the highest-value targets while juggling multiple priorities,
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: HR administration, Benefits Enrollment, Benefit Administration, Premium Billing and Payments, and/or benefits data analysis (i.e. secure data files generation and receipt).
  • Experience successfully explaining SaaS solutions in the healthcare, voluntary employee benefits insurance, or employee benefits
  • Strong emphasis on developing client relationships
  • Knowledge of competitive solutions serving the HR/Benefits marketplace
  • Very strong oral and written communications
  • Ability to ask questions to identify potential prospects and articulate business benefits during calls
  • Effective participation in conferences both virtual and on-site
  • Collaborative nature in teaming with other organizations including Customer Success
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot and other digital tools
