ABL Tech, a subsidiary of Abacus Life with over 20 years of industry presence, operates with the dynamic and fast-paced culture of a startup. Renowned for our innovative approach in providing mortality verification solutions, our platform is extensively utilized across various sectors to monitor retirees and prevent pension overpayments, serving clients such as insurance companies, government agencies, and major financial institutions.


ABL Tech is seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this dynamic role, you will lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities while also managing relationships within our existing client base, focusing primarily on the pension and insurance sectors. This position includes account management duties, which are designed to enhance your learning and development swiftly in our fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Initiate contact with potential customers through calls and emails.

·        Foster and expand relationships with existing clients.

·        Assess client needs and recommend suitable products/services.

·        Stay informed of industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of switching to our solutions.

·        Deliver presentations through various formats - videos, calls, or emails.

·        Regularly report sales outcomes to the National Sales Director and provide updates to the marketing team.


Training and Support: ABL Tech will equip you with comprehensive training to deepen your understanding of our market segments, products, and the regulatory frameworks we operate within. You will gain critical insights to effectively meet client needs and navigate the complex environments they operate in.


Qualifications:

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management and sales.

·        Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

·        Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.com or similar, and other relevant software applications.

·        Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to various roles as needed within our dynamic startup environment.

·        Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.


Preferred Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·        Experience with SaaS and value-based selling techniques.

·        Proven track record of selling to small and large, complex organizations and managing lengthy sales cycles (6-18 months).


Job Type: Full-time ONSITE Monday to Friday


Pay:

·        Competitive Salary + Bonuses

·        The Account Executive will be assigned an annual sales quota and compensation will be directly tied to performance in relation to this quota.
