Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Onsite from Plano, TX

The role will collaborate closely with the Director of Healthcare Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding and credentialing process for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Work closely with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients to understand their specific onboarding needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate the collection and verification of candidate credentials, licenses, and certifications, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, credentials, and compliance status in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on onboarding status, address any issues or concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, compliance, and operations, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of contact for onshore and offshore teams, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and track onboarding metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to healthcare onboarding and credentialing, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing priorities, deadlines, and client requirements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of onboarding and credentialing operations.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by providing exceptional service, supporting team members, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding and credentialing, with a focus on working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including onshore and offshore stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), credentialing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
