Role Responsibilities:

As the **SaaS IT Systems Specialist**, your duties will include the implementation, management, and upkeep of IT systems, primarily those based in the cloud, to support client endpoints. You will also address helpdesk inquiries and provide assistance to our employees within a mixed Windows and Mac environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Deploy and oversee critical business applications.
  • Work closely with engineering and security teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for applications and procedures.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Manage end-user asset provisioning and oversight.
  • Coordinate IT inquiries and deliver technical assistance.
  • Build collaborative relationships to drive initiatives forward.
  • Plan and execute systems automation and integrations.
  • Assist in managing vendor partnerships and outsourcing strategies.
  • Develop monitoring systems and support automation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Practical experience in creating automation workflows.
  • Background in IT within a rapidly growing SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions for managing endpoints.
  • Experience in managing helpdesk operations.
  • Knowledge of SaaS integrations and Service Desk configurations.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Support experience across Windows and Mac systems.
  • Ability to design automation workflows for various tasks.
  • Preferred: Microsoft certification.
