Job Title: Payor Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Payor Credentialing Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team at Collaborative Imaging Technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our credentialing processes, driving strategic outcomes for our business and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Compile and maintain current and accurate data for all providers
  • Complete provider credentialing, recredentialing applications, and revalidations
  • Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage, and other required credentialing documents for all providers
  • Maintain corporate provider contract files
  • Maintain knowledge of current health plan and agency requirements for credentialing providers
  • Set up and maintain provider information in online credentialing databases and systems
  • Track license and certification expirations for all providers to ensure timely renewals
  • Ensure practice addresses are current with health plans, agencies, and other entities
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant credentialing experience
  • Working experience in CAQH, PECOS, Availity, Verity, etc.
  • Willingness to learn and build a process around onboarding new clients for payer claim enrollment and EFT enrollments
