Job Summary


We seek a highly skilled and experienced Controls Senior Project Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, extensive control systems experience, and a proven track record of project management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage control projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Oversee control systems' installation, configuration, and maintenance, including BACnet, DDC controls, and various specific control systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and technicians to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Visio to design and document control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and prepare detailed reports on project status.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the controls industry.
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio.
  • Extensive knowledge of BACnet, DDC controls, and various control systems
  • Experience with Tridium, Dystype, Niagara, ALC, Allerton, Johnson Controls, and Metasys systems.
  • An EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
