Job Title: Project Engineer

At Tilden-Coil Constructors, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including records of progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure that projects meet the required standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement cost control and budgeting processes to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as PMP or LEED AP.
  • Experience with construction software, such as CMiC Manager or Primavera P6.
