Key responsibilities include maintaining and working on collaboration tools including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint as well as mobile device management. This entails basic systems administration, operational support, and problem resolution as Tier 3 support. This position will help develop, communicate, and monitor the operational standards and procedures for collaboration systems and will assist in monitoring of system performance and capacity.
Job Description
• Work within a cross functional team to envision and support current and future Collaboration Systems and components.
• Maintain and implement systems with both an end user enablement and security focus. • Monitors system performance and capacity
• Responsible for software updates, maintenance and support and related documentation • Coordinates basic user administration
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
• At least 4, but six or more years of experience in Collaboration operations and administration is desired • Requires extensive knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Automation
• Experience in supporting or implementing Office 365, or cloud technology
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Self-Motivated, innovative and a team player
Key Technical Skills
• Proficient/Advanced knowledge with email and email security concepts.
•Ability to automate daily tasks
• Experience with Intune, or mobile device management concepts
• Experience with O365 and running Hybrid Exchange.
• Active Directory experience
Compensation
$67-69/hour
