Business Analyst

Develop and implement technology projects, and IT solutions supporting the Organization.

The successful candidate will help drive the expansion, operational maintenance and support of our applications and our analytical solutions.

You will have relevant experience in delivering digital solutions to enable the effectiveness and productivity of teams operating rapidly changing commercial landscape.

You will excel in vendor management and work independently - will possess a fun, flexible, roll up your sleeves attitude, with the ability to work independently and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Responsible for supporting the day-to-day applications including Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health and Marketing Cloud, and Tableau
  • Gather requirements and understand gaps of existing and/or proposed technology/core solutions and identify opportunities to better leverage technology
  • Facilitate and lead business process and / or design sessions with the business and technical teams to identify functional and technical requirements
  • Establish test scripts, coordinate UAT
  • Generate documentation to detail the customer solution (business, technical, and testing)


Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience working experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
  • 4+ years’ experience working on Veeva CRM / Salesforce cloud platforms
  • Expertise with standard pharmaceutical data sources (
  • 2+ years of expertise in cloud database platforms with solid understanding of SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Tableau
