This role involves overseeing project life-cycles, formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing project management schedules, and crafting training modules. You will collaborate with diverse teams and service providers to guarantee effective program execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and refine soft services and consolidation center initiatives.
  • Formulate actionable strategies aligned with business and user requirements.
  • Establish project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
  • Innovate new service offerings in response to market dynamics.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, including planning and monitoring phases.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and collect feedback.
  • Develop and sustain SOPs, project management schedules, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Robust business analysis and project management expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven experience in crafting SOPs and training programs.
  • Background in soft services and customer experience management.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and delivery logistics is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and in regulated settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in business analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience within global organizations or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of the Greater Boston area, particularly Kendall Square.
