About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team at Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our Business Development and Marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate market trends and opportunities for growth in our core markets, including K12, Healthcare, and Workplace.
  • Conduct research on funding opportunities, including K12 grants and other relevant funding sources to drive Business Development outreach programs.
  • Develop and deliver business intelligence insights for Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Report on Business Development progress against goals to GTM leadership, providing actionable insights.
  • Track and report on the performance of Business Development campaigns.
  • Create and maintain operating and performance-related dashboards for Business Development to facilitate data-driven decision-making and eliminate friction in the prospecting motion.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in sales research tools, including SalesIntel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and UserGems.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement Tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our team culture is built on trust, collaboration, and ongoing development through kindness, authenticity, courage, drive, and fun.
